style spotlight: MARCHESA

Marchesa has been all the rage in the fashion world. This brand has only been around for 7 years but they've made a huge name for themselves on the red carpet. Tons of A list celebrities have been seen their gowns and I wasn't surprised at all to find out this line was done by two women: Georgina Chapman and Karen Craig. All of their dresses are spectacular in my opinion. My favorite person ever Nicole Richie even had her wedding dress made by Marchesa! I noticed most of their dresses are one shoulder and they always fit every body type perfectly. They are also usually paired with minimal makeup, no necklaces, small earrings, and simple up-dos because the details of the dresses are enough. Gossip Girl fashionista Blake Lively is always spotted in all their clothes. It's obviously one of her favorites. I can't wait to see what they do next season.
